Sanjana Apsingekar is a Project Technical Officer in the NutriAIDE project at ICMR-National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad. Her background in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, along with her experience as a dietitian in a multi-specialty hospital, brings valuable expertise to her current position. Her firm belief in the saying "Samrakshitho na syalokaha manavajeevanam" reflects her guiding principle of safeguarding the lives while harmonizing the delicate web of the environment.
